Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of your billing period; no partial refunds for unused time.
What happens if I exceed my monthly minutes?+
You'll get a soft warning at 80% usage. At 100%, you can either buy top-up minutes or wait until your next billing cycle. No auto-charging.
Do you offer annual billing?+
Yes. Annual billing gets 20% off Pro (₹19,190/year) and custom terms for Enterprise. Contact sales for annual Enterprise contracts.
Which payment methods do you accept?+
UPI, credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex), NetBanking, and wallets (Paytm, PhonePe). Enterprise customers can pay via invoice with 30-day terms.
Is GST included?+
Prices are exclusive of 18% GST. GST invoices are provided automatically for Indian businesses. International customers are billed in INR without GST.
Do you offer discounts for startups, students, or NGOs?+
Yes. Verified startups (DPIIT registered) get 30% off Pro for the first year. Students with .edu emails get 50% off. Registered NGOs get 40% off. Contact us with proof.
